About Alewyn Vorster
Alewyn Vorster is a Physiotherapist practising in Oranjezicht, Cape Town. In 1976, he completed a B.Sc.(Physiotherapy) at the University of Free State. He completed the Maitland Spinal and Peripheral Postgraduate degree course in 1979. Alewyn spent 2 years in a hospital environment; thereafter he opened up his own private practice.
He has participated in endurance sport for the last 40 years and completed many Argus cycle tours, the Cape Epic, the Munga, two Oceans marathon, the Berg canoe marathon and many cycling events in Europe and Africa and is still an avid cyclist.
